Do you offer multi-property discounts across our portfolio?

Yes. We aggregate unit counts across all properties under your management — so even if no single property hits 200 units, your combined portfolio can qualify for our enterprise tier. Most regional management companies and REITs unlock our deepest discount levels through portfolio aggregation.

What is the lead time for an order of 100 units?

Standard lead time for 100 units is 4-6 weeks from PO signing — including manufacturing, quality inspection, and delivery to a single staging location. Rush production is available for an additional 12-15% and can compress lead time to 2-3 weeks. Phased deliveries timed to your unit-turn schedule are included at no extra charge.

How is warranty handled when tenants damage the blinds?

Our standard 5-year warranty covers manufacturing defects. For tenant damage (broken slats, ripped fabric, snapped cords), we offer a Property Manager Replacement Program: pre-purchased replacement units at 35-50% off retail with 48-hour shipping. Most clients keep a small inventory on-site for fast unit-turn replacements.

Can I get branded packaging for resident move-in kits?
